I've been a resident for a few months now and every single staff experience has been EXCEPTIONAL. Medy was so patient with us while going through the apartment search process. Matt has handled 3 service requests and two of them were handled professionally and courteously within hours. The other one required ordering a part and dealing with the manufacturer, so it took a little longer, but Matt gave me frequent updates on the status. He even saw me walking my dog one day and pulled over to give me another update. I've interacted with all of the staff at one time or another, and they are so friendly and helpful. My dog now expects daily trips to the leasing office for the biscuits they put out and Medy greets him by name each time like he's a welcome friend! While the amenities are over the top and definitely a plus, the exceptional service of Azola staff played a huge part in our decision to choose this community.
